Sharp Industrial

Our place is Gala Number 11/D inside the Samrat Mill Compound. This is over in Vikhroli West. You have to go behind the Godrej Petrol Pump to find us. It is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. Sharp Industrial is just one of many small units in this compound. The space is tall with high ceilings and we have tools hanging everywhere. The floor is stained with oil and marks from heavy equipment. We don't mind it. It shows that work is getting done. Sometimes the heat in the gala gets intense during the summer months. We open the big shutter doors to let some air in. You can see the people coming and going from the petrol pump out back. The compound can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We have a small corner with a table where we eat our lunch. Usually, someone brings a tiffin from home. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone walks in, they just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We work hard and we stay late when we have to. The neighbors in the other galas are good people. We borrow tools from each other all the time. It is a practical, hardworking environment here at Samrat Mill. We are just a small part of the big industrial scene in Vikhroli. We like it here.
