If you’ve ever been stuck at the Income Tax Char Rasta in Dadar West, you probably passed right by us. We are at number 18. It gets pretty loud outside with all the cars and the people rushing to get their paperwork done at the tax office. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite a few years. It’s not a very big place, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the day is spent handling orders and talking to people who drop in. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. Things can get a bit cluttered inside with all the stock, especially when a new shipment arrives and we haven't had time to clear the old stuff yet. You might have to step over a few boxes if you come in on a Monday. We don't go in for those modern management styles you hear about. We just do the work, count the items, and make sure everything is where it should be. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing, but visitors usually mention it. Dadar is a busy place to be, and there is never a dull moment around the junction. We just try to keep things simple and stay out of the chaos as much as possible while getting through the daily list of tasks.
