Our office for Shankaraj Hotels Private Limited is located at Survey No.503/B, Plot No.03, right on the Mumbai Highway. We share the space with Mohan Shankarlal Gindodia, who has been around this area for a long time. Being located on the highway means there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by at all hours. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where we are. We handle all our hotel management from this small office on the plot. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of running a hotel, like coordinating with staff and making sure the supplies arrive on time. The location is actually quite useful because we see all the travelers coming and going. We’ve built the business up slowly over the years without any flashy advertising. It’s just about being there and doing the work every single day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just find a way to keep things moving. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big company. We are just a local group trying to manage our hotels as best as we can in this busy stretch of the highway.
