Shamlaji Engg.Co is located at Number 218 5 in Andheri East. We are just off the Western Express Highway, near Phadke Road. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic during peak hours. Our workshop is a modest space where we handle all kinds of engineering tasks that people bring to us. We have been here for years, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us with new buildings going up. We have stayed the same, though. We still focus on the basic engineering work that our customers need. It is a noisy place with the constant sound of grinding and welding. We are not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy carpets. It is a real working environment with grease on the floor and tools everywhere. The guys who work here are more like family than employees to us. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. We do not use much big talk or fancy words in our daily business. If you come by, you will probably find us in the middle of a big job. Being near the highway is good for getting materials in, even if the road is usually blocked. We just take each day as it comes and try to finish the work.
