Shalimar Restaurants

Our place is called Shalimar Restaurants and we are sitting right at the Bhendi Bazar Junction in Mumbai. It is a very busy spot to be in. The address is 400003. We are right on Shalimar Corner, so it's quite easy to find us if you are walking through the market area during the day. We’ve been here serving people for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy establishment with big bright lights or expensive furniture, but it works for us and the locals seem to like it. The streets around us are always full of life and a lot of noise. We actually like being part of that city energy. Our staff stays busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a complicated story to tell. We just run the restaurant and try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The junction is the heart of the area, and being right there means we see a lot of different people every day. Some people have been coming in every single day for years. Others are just visiting the market for the first time and stop in. We treat everyone the same way. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe, but it’s honest work. We don’t go for that corporate look you see in the malls. It’s just a plain restaurant where you can sit down.
