If you head down to Narshi Natha Street, near the Old Toll Gate, you’ll find the office for Shakti Transport Pvt Ltd at number 394. It’s a spot that has seen a lot of history, and the building itself feels like it’s been there forever. We spend our days managing the flow of goods and making sure our drivers have what they need for their long trips across the region. The street outside is always filled with the sound of horns and people shouting instructions. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from that noise, though the walls are thin enough that you never truly forget you're in the middle of a busy trade hub. We use a lot of handwritten notes and big ledger books because they never fail like a computer might. It’s a very hands-on way of working.
