We are located at number 3 in the Bina Shopping Centre, right on M.V. Road. It’s a well-known spot because the Ganpati Temple is just nearby, so there’s always a lot of people and energy in the air. Shakti Mining Equipments is what we do. It’s a bit of a contrast, having mining gear discussions so close to a temple and a shopping area, but it works for us. Our office isn't very large. We have some heavy components on display, but most of the big stuff is kept elsewhere. We spend our days talking to engineers and site managers about what they need for their projects. It gets loud out on the street with the traffic and the temple bells, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us are more comfortable in work boots and shirts that can get a bit dirty. We understand the equipment because we’ve seen it fail and seen it work in the field. We don't use a lot of fancy sales pitches. If a part works, it works. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem, even if it’s late in the afternoon. It’s a practical business run by people who know the industry. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come through the door.
