We’ve been here at M R Satra Building No 14 for a while now. Kurla West is always moving, you know how it is. Sometimes it’s hard to even hear yourself talk with all the noise outside, but that is just how this part of town stays. The office is in building 14, tucked away a bit. Most days start around nine when the shutters go up. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the papers and things stacked up, but it works for us. We just get on with the work. Usually, there is a lot of back and forth with people coming in and out. The chai wallah comes by around eleven and that’s a highlight. It isn’t fancy here. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that. We know where everything is. Finding us isn't too bad if you know the Kurla area well enough. It’s just a normal place where we do our business every day. Some of us have been sitting at these same desks for years. It’s funny how you get used to the specific squeak of a chair or the way the afternoon sun hits the window. We just keep things moving, nothing too complicated. If you are around this part of Kurla, you’ve probably walked past the Satra building a dozen times without thinking much of it.
