Shagun Bangles

Our place, Shagun Bangles, is tucked away in the Nahghai Estate at 120 A, which is part of the Ijmima Complex on Link Road. It’s a busy industrial estate with a lot of different businesses all crammed together. Inside our unit, it’s a bit different. We have rows and rows of bangles in every color you can think of. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got our own system for it. The Link Road area is always packed with cars and people, so getting here can take some time during rush hour. We spend most of our day packing boxes and checking the quality of the glass and metal work. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we aren't all related. We’ve been in the Ijmima Complex for a good number of years now. The office part is just a small corner with a desk and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't have a fancy storefront because we mostly deal with other shops and wholesalers. People know us because we’ve been around the estate for so long. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s just what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. There’s always music playing in the background to keep us going through the afternoon slump. It’s just a normal day at the estate for us, and we keep things simple and honest.
