Shades Beautique

We are located at shop number 20 inside Jijamata Market in Chembur West. It's on O D Street, which can get quite busy on the weekends. The market is full of life, and we are right in the thick of it. Our space isn't huge, but we have enough room for the chairs and all the supplies we need for the day. There is always the smell of hair products and maybe some tea from the stall next door. We start early most mornings to get things ready before the first people show up. It's a lot of standing on your feet and working with your hands, but we are used to it by now. The mirrors need cleaning constantly because of the dust from the street. We have some regulars who have been coming to us for years, and they usually just walk in and sit down. We don't do anything too flashy, just the regular stuff people need to look a bit tidier. Sometimes the power goes out in the market, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is here. It’s a friendly place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We keep our tools sharp and our towels clean. It’s just a normal shop in a normal market, trying to do a decent job for the people who live around Chembur.
