We are tucked away on the first floor at 26/A, right behind Jankalyan Sahkari Bank. You have to walk down 2nd Cross Bazaar Street in Kalbadevi to find us. It’s a busy area, very crowded with people moving goods all day. This business has been around for a long time. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and old. We mostly deal with wholesale stuff, lots of ledgers and old-style accounting. The walls are a bit yellowed, and we have many files stacked up from years of work. It’s the kind of place where things are still done with a bit of a personal touch. We know our suppliers well. The noise from the street below never really stops. Viveknagar Post is nearby, and we see the mailman every day. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s not about being modern; it’s about doing what we know. People come to us because they’ve known our family name for decades. We don't have a big sign outside. You just have to know where to turn. It’s hot in the summer, and we use those old ceiling fans that click. We don't spend money on fancy decor. The money goes back into the business. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation in the heart of the bazaar. Sometimes we share a meal in the office. It feels more like a home than a company. We just keep going like this every day.
