Our place is located in the Shubhada Building over in Worli, right on the ground floor. It’s pretty easy to find since we are just opposite the Traffic Police Headquarters. Being in Budhwar Peth means we deal with a lot of people coming in and out of Mumbai for work or just visiting. We run Seven Serviced Apartments Pvt Ltd as a practical choice for folks who don't want to stay in a regular hotel room. We’ve got the 3/A unit and spend our time keeping the rooms tidy and checking guests in and out. Worli is a busy area, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; we just operate from this building. Managing apartments takes a lot of coordination. There are always keys to track down or linens that need washing. Some guests stay for a night, and others stick around for weeks. We try to keep things simple for them. If a pipe leaks or a bulb goes out, we fix it as fast as we can. It’s just us here making sure the place stays habitable and welcoming enough for whoever walks in. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in Mumbai, just a reliable one. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. We’re usually around if someone needs help with their bags or directions nearby.
