Senorita Ladies Beauty Salon

This is a small ladies-only spot right on B Road at Marine Drive. We are in Shop No 1 of Chateau Marine. It’s a nice old building. Being opposite the Intercontinental Hotel makes us easy to spot, even though we’re much smaller than that place. The salon has been here serving the women of South Mumbai for years. It’s not a huge place, just a few stations for hair and beauty work. We keep things simple. The sea breeze comes in sometimes when the door opens, which is nice in the heat. We do threading, waxing, and haircuts mostly. Some ladies come in every week for their usual routine. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here as adults with their own children. The decor is a bit dated, with some old posters on the walls, but it’s clean enough. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the back for tea. Most of our tools are things we've used for a long time and trust. It’s a quiet place where people can just sit and get their hair done without too much fuss. We don't do much advertising at all. People just know we are here at Chateau Marine. We open up early and stay until the last customer is done for the day. It's just a regular local salon for women who want a reliable place. Marine Drive is always busy, but our corner feels a bit more tucked away.
