Seemas Salon & Spa takes up Shops 3 to 6 in Govind Tower. We’re tucked away on Dr Kalpana Chawla Road in Borivali West. If you find the Shanti Ashram Bus Depot, we are right behind it. Having a few shops combined gives us a bit more room to move around compared to some other places. We do hair and spa things for women and men. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up. The area is usually busy with people heading to the bus depot. We get a lot of commuters who stop in. The interior is simple. We have some decent chairs and big mirrors. It’s not overly decorated. We keep things functional. Sometimes the humidity makes the floor a bit slippery after a wash, so we have to be careful. We’ve been in Govind Tower for quite a few years now. Most of our staff have been with us since the start. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to provide a place for a haircut or a massage. It’s quiet enough inside, despite the buses nearby. We like the spot we have here. The traffic around the Shanti Ashram Bus Depot can be a real headache, but once you're inside Govind Tower, it settles down a bit. We try to keep the atmosphere calm. It’s not a high-end luxury place, just a clean and honest shop. We use simple towels and standard products.
