Secrets

Secrets is located at shop number 10 inside the Rajeev Shopping Center in Borivali West. It is a small spot, but we have managed to make it work for us. The shopping center is usually full of people, which keeps things interesting. We have been in this same shop for several years now. We have seen other businesses come and go, but we are still here doing our thing. It is a very simple setup. We have our shelves, our main counter, and a little room in the back for extra stuff. We don't bother with expensive decorations or trying to look like a high-end boutique. We are just a regular shop where you can find what you need without a lot of hassle. Most of the time, it is just one or two of us working. We know our regular customers by their names, and we like that personal touch. There is no pressure here to be something we are not. We just show up, open the shutters, and wait to see who comes in. Sometimes the area behind the counter gets a bit cluttered when we are busy, but we eventually get it cleaned up. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people in. If they like what we have, they buy it. We just keep things moving and try to be honest with everyone.
