Scissors N Comb

You can find us over at Sadguru Apartment, right on Patel Road near the Vasant Industrial Estate. It’s a busy corner of Sakinaka. We’ve been cutting hair and doing styles here for a while now. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with a few chairs and plenty of mirrors. It gets a bit noisy with the hair dryers and people chatting, but that’s the way we like it. We see all sorts of people coming in from the nearby offices and apartments. Some days it’s just quick trims, and other days people want something completely different. We try to keep things simple and just give people what they ask for. There’s usually some music playing in the background to drown out the traffic noise from Saki Vihar Road. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast during the lunch rush, so we’re always sweeping. We’ve got a small bench for people to wait on, and maybe some old magazines to flip through. It’s a relaxed place, nothing like those fancy salons in the mall. We know our regulars by name and we usually know how they like their hair before they even sit down. It’s just a local spot for a decent haircut without any of the extra fuss. We keep our tools sharp and the tea flowing for the staff, and there is usually a bit of a wait on Saturday mornings because everyone comes at once.
