Saurashtra Roadways

We are based in the Fazil Building over in Dongri, specifically at 17/23. Saurashtra Roadways has been a fixture in this neighborhood for a while now. Dongri is a place that never really sleeps, so our office feels like it is always right in the middle of everything. We handle road transport, which means a lot of coordination between different cities and drivers. The office is small and it usually smells like tea because we drink a lot of it while waiting for the morning reports to come in. There is a lot of history in this old building. You can hear the sounds of the street from the window all day long. We do not have any corporate slogans or big goals. We just make sure the goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain makes things very difficult, or a truck breaks down, and then we have to scramble to fix the problem. My uncle started this and now a few of us run it together. It is very much a family-style setup. We know most of our regular clients by their first names. We do not use a lot of technology, mostly just ledgers and the telephone. It is a simple way to work but it has served us well so far. If you come by Fazil Building, you will likely see one of us out front talking to a driver.
