You can find us at 1 Gokhale Road, inside the Subham Sadan Complex. It’s a 400028 area. We serve lunch to the people who work around here or live in the nearby buildings. It isn't a massive restaurant, just a lunch home where things are kept simple. We start cooking early in the morning to have everything ready by noon. The kitchen is small but we make it work. Most of our regulars are folks from the local offices. They come in, eat quickly, and head back to work. We don't have a huge menu, just the usual stuff people like to eat for their midday meal. The complex can get a bit crowded during peak hours. We’ve been running this place for a while and we know most of the people who walk through the door. It feels like a small community. We do our own washing up and shopping for ingredients. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. No fancy decorations here, just tables and chairs and food. If you're on Gokhale Road, you’ll see the sign for Subham Sadan. That's where we are. We often run out of the main dish by one o'clock. It’s a small place but it stays quite busy. We like the routine of it all. Sometimes we have a little chat with the customers if it isn't too crowded. It keeps the day interesting for us.
