We have an office on the first floor of the Vaishali Shopping Centre. It’s in Juhu on the 3rd Main Road, specifically in the Defence Colony area. The office is a bit small but it fits a few desks and some chairs for people to sit and talk. We have a lot of cupboards filled with files and paperwork from over the years. The shopping centre itself is usually quite active with people going in and out of the various stores. Being on the first floor means it’s a little quieter than the ground level, which helps when families are sitting down to discuss things. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking through the folders we keep on the shelves. There’s a ceiling fan that stays on most of the time to keep the air moving. We don't really have any big signs or flashy lights inside. It’s just a place where we keep track of names and details. Sometimes people bring their relatives and we have to pull in extra chairs from the back room. The windows look out toward the other buildings in the colony. It’s a fairly plain setup with some basic office furniture and a rug that’s seen better days. We’ve been in this location for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us in the building.
