Sarla Technologies has another spot over in Ghatkopar East, located at Sugam A 193/5348 in Pantnagar. Mumbai is a massive city, and being in Pantnagar puts us right in the middle of a very residential and busy area. The building, Sugam A, has been around for a bit, and our office inside is where we handle our daily tech operations. It’s a bit different from our other locations, maybe a bit more compact, but the work is the same. We have our computers set up and we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and managing data for people. The vibe in Ghatkopar is always fast-paced. You can hear the trains and the traffic pretty much all day long. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings about meetings. We just show up, check what needs to be fixed or updated, and get to it. Sometimes we have tea from the stall downstairs while we talk through a particularly tricky piece of code. It’s a practical environment. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel skyscraper office. It’s a real place where real work happens. We focus on getting the job done without much fuss. That’s just how we’ve always operated here in the heart of Mumbai’s suburbs. It’s not always pretty, but we keep the lights on and the systems running.
