Santosh Pure Veg Restaurant

You can find us at 197 Sattar Building on Lamington Cross Lane. We are right in the middle of the Grant Road area, specifically on the East side, opposite the railway station. Being so close to the station means things are always moving fast around here. This is Santosh Pure Veg, and we’ve been serving this part of Mumbai for quite some time. The building is old, and the street is always crowded with people catching trains or visiting the shops on Lamington Road. Our place isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It gets quite loud with the traffic and the trains nearby, but that’s just life in 400007. We don't have a corporate office or a management team. It’s just a few of us behind the counter and in the kitchen. We focus on getting the food out to people who are usually in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere else. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything unnecessary. It's just a straightforward vegetarian spot for a quick meal. People stop in before work or after they get off the train in the evening. It's a practical place to eat in a very busy part of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot, doing our thing every single day without any fuss.
