We are located in Shop 19 at Rizvi Park CHS, right on SV Road in Santacruz. If you know where the Milan Subway signal is, you can’t miss us. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. Our shop deals with medical and surgical supplies. It’s a local place where people stop by when they need medicine or some kind of health equipment for their home. The shop is cozy, and every inch of the walls is covered with shelves. We try to keep a good stock of things because you never know what someone might need in an emergency. Being on SV Road means it’s easy for people to find us, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just run the shop in a simple way. No big corporate rules here. We talk to our neighbors and help the people who walk in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the signal gets backed up. We just keep the doors open and do our bit. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood. We’ve seen many shops come and go, but we’ve stayed here in Rizvi Park, just doing what we know how to do. The tea stall nearby keeps us going.
