Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech (i) Ltd.

If you ever find yourself on Juhu Tara Road, you might pass by Sagarika CHS Ltd at Plot No. 89. That’s where we are, in room 101. Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech is based right here, not far from the beach. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an agrotech company, being in a residential society, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the planning and sales for our flower and farming projects from this small office. It’s often filled with the smell of salt from the ocean and the sound of traffic from the main road. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who manage the flower side of things and the technology we use to grow them. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the actual farms, making sure the blooms are ready for delivery and that the tech is working right. It’s not always a smooth process—sometimes the flowers don't grow the way we expected or there’s a delay with the transport—but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re not into big, fancy presentations. We just want to make sure the flowers are good and the people buying them are satisfied with what they get. Being in Juhu is nice, even if parking can be a total nightmare for anyone visiting us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s work, making sure the business stays afloat and our suppliers get paid on time. It's just a regular local operation.
