Our business is tucked away on Chapel Lane in Santacruz West. We are in the Gaurav 12 building. It’s a bit of a quieter street compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. We work with hospital equipment and do some engineering work related to that. It’s a specialized kind of job, so we don’t get a lot of random foot traffic. Most of the people who come to see us are from hospitals or medical centers nearby. We’ve been at this location for many years. The office is full of technical manuals and parts. It looks like a place where real work gets done. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception area. It's just a place for us to meet clients and handle the equipment. Santacruz West is a nice area to be in. We know the shopkeepers on the lane and the people who live in the apartments above. It feels like a small village sometimes. We just focus on our technical work and making sure the machines are right. We aren't much for talking big; we just like to get the job done properly. If you’re looking for Chapel Lane, it’s not hard to find once you get off the main drag. We’ll probably be inside working on something when you arrive. That's just how we spend our days. Sometimes we lose track of time.
