Sanoor Banquets

Sanoor Banquets is tucked away in the Raheja Compound on Navghar Road in Ghatkopar West. It’s an area that’s mostly industrial and commercial, so there’s always a lot of activity around the compound. We’ve been running this banquet space for a while now. It’s a large hall where people hold their functions, like weddings, birthdays, or community meetings. It’s not a fancy five-star ballroom, but it’s a good, solid space for a gathering. We handle all the basics, like setting up the chairs and making sure the lights and fans work. Navghar Road can get pretty congested, especially in the evenings, but once you get inside the Raheja Compound, it’s a bit more contained and quieter. We have a small staff that looks after the maintenance of the hall. We don't really do big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Most of the people who book with us are from Ghatkopar or nearby suburbs. They know the location and they know what to expect from us. It’s a practical place for local events where people can get together. We spend our days cleaning up after one event and getting everything ready for the next one. There is always something to fix or a floor to mop before the guests arrive. We just try to be helpful when people are planning their events. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time. It keeps us busy.
