We are located in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate on LBS Marg. The address is C/123 on the first floor. Sangamner Bhag S.S.K.Ltd. is the name on the door but most people just look for the unit number. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise. You can hear trucks backing up and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. The air always smells a bit like grease and metal. LBS Marg is a tough road for traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. Our office is fairly basic. We have a few desks and a lot of ledgers. Since it is a cooperative related business, there is a lot of back and forth with people coming in to check on things. The stairs are concrete and a bit dusty. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some sturdy chairs and a big table for meetings. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. The light coming through the windows is usually filtered by the dust on the glass. It is a hard-working atmosphere here. No one is wearing suits or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get on with the day’s tasks. It’s a busy corner of the city and we have been part of it for a long time now.
