We are located over at the St Anthony Industrial Estate in Ghatkopar West. Our specific spot is 517/A, which is deep inside the estate where all the trucks and vans are moving around. This isn't a retail shop where you come to browse the latest gadgets on a shelf. Since we are in an industrial area, it is more about the technical side of things and handling the stock. We see a lot of equipment coming through our doors every day. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. It gets quite noisy during the day with the other factories nearby making all sorts of sounds. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking shipments that are coming in from the main warehouse. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know the routine. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and sit in the small break area before getting back to the lists. It can get a bit stressful when a lot of orders come in at once or when the power goes out, which happens sometimes in this part of town. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure everything is recorded correctly in the books. It’s a very practical environment without any of the fluff you see in the big city showrooms. We just work our shifts and head home through the Ghatkopar traffic.
