Samsung

We are located at units 8 and 9 in Chunabhatti. This isn't one of those massive malls; it’s a more grounded place where people come for real help. I’ve been working here at this Samsung outlet for a few years now. Most days involve showing people how to transfer their photos or why their battery is draining so fast. The air conditioning works okay, but on really hot days, it struggles a bit. We have the latest phones on display stands, and I spend a lot of time wiping fingerprints off the screens. It’s a never-ending job because everyone wants to touch the new glass. The back room is where we keep the inventory and the lunch box cooler. It’s a bit cramped in there. Outside, the Chunabhatti traffic is usually crawling, so we see a lot of people looking through the window while they wait for their bus. We have a small water dispenser in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. Sometimes the kids from the nearby school come in just to look at the bright displays. We don't mind as long as they aren't too noisy. Working here means you see all sorts of people, from students to grandmothers. Every day is a bit different, even if the phones look the same after a while. We just try to be helpful and keep the place looking decent for whoever walks in next to ask about a new charger or case.
