Our office is located in Vile Parle East, right in Kamala Terrace, Flat No 2, Subha. If you know where Arora Medical Store is, we’re just right there. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main market area. We’ve been working with chemicals for a long time now. It’s mostly about managing the supply and making sure the right grades of materials are available for whoever needs them. We aren’t a shop you just walk into to browse. It’s more about the technical side of things and keeping the business running smoothly from our space here. The building is a regular residential and commercial mix, so it feels very local. We go out for tea at the corner stall often and see the same faces every day. Vile Parle has a nice feel to it, and being on the East side makes it easy for us to get around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just have our desks, our phones, and our records. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big order comes through, but usually, it’s just a steady pace of work. We handle the logistical side of the chemical trade and stay focused on that. The hallway in Kamala Terrace is a bit narrow, but it's kept clean enough. In the summer, we keep the fans running at full speed to stay cool. We just do our work and try to be helpful when someone calls with a question about a particular chemical property. It’s the way we’ve always done it.
