Samek Impex

You can find us over at Swastik Disa Corporate Park, specifically in office 401. We’re right across from Shreyas Cinema on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Samek Impex has been operating from this spot for a while now. The office is pretty standard—desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that we try to keep organized as best we can. LBS Marg is always packed with traffic, so we usually hear the constant hum of cars and buses throughout the day. We deal with importing and exporting various goods, which means we spend a lot of time tracking shipments and talking to transport guys. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The building is decent, though the elevators can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and make sure the goods are moving like they should be. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a shipment gets delayed at the port, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a local business with a small team, and we all pitch in wherever we’re needed, whether that’s answering the phone or helping move some samples around.
