Sakhi Chemicals

We are based out of units 107 and 108 in the 21B Building. It’s right near the Tasa Container Yard on P.L. Lokhande Marg in Govandi West. Being near the container yard means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. Sakhi Chemicals has been in this spot for a while. We aren't a huge operation, just a couple of units where we keep our stock and handle the daily admin stuff. The area is quite industrial and busy, so there is always noise from the trucks and the containers being moved around by the cranes. We spend our days mostly coordinating deliveries and checking on the chemical batches we have in stock. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure things get to where they are going on time. We don't have a flashy office; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of industrial containers. The team here is small and we all do a bit of everything. If the phone rings and the office person is busy, someone from the back will pick it up. That’s just how we work. Govandi is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the narrow roads, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of P.L. Lokhande Marg. We just focus on doing our jobs and getting the orders out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps things simple for us and for the clients we serve.
