Saj Shringar

You can find us at Shop No-2 in Dhuru Wadi, right on Rande Road in Dadar West, Mumbai. We are situated just opposite Waman Hari Peth Jewellers, which is a big landmark around here. Our shop, Saj Shringar, is quite small but we pack a lot into it. We mostly have things for women, like bangles, hair clips, and different kinds of makeup items. Dadar is always crowded and noisy, and our street is no different. There are people walking by at all hours. We’ve been here a long time, and the shop has seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we have so many boxes of bangles and small accessories tucked away in every corner. We don't have any corporate office or anything, it’s just this one shop. My staff and I spend the day showing different colors of thread or jewelry to customers who are usually in a hurry. Mumbai life is fast, so we try to find what they want quickly. Sometimes the shop feels a bit dusty from the road outside, but we clean up every morning when we open. We don't have any big mission, we just sell small things that make people feel a bit better or help them get ready for a party. It’s just a local Dadar business that’s been part of the street for years.
