Sainath Art Printers

Our workshop is Sainath Art Printers and we have a few spots where we work. We have Unit 1 and 2 in Vallabh Society in Ghatkopar East, but we also spend a lot of time at our location on 2nd Carpenter Street near C P Tank. That one is in Charni Road, right behind the Sunil Bar & Restaurant. It’s a bit of a mix with these different addresses, but that’s just how we have grown over time. Printing is a messy business with all the ink and the paper everywhere. Our shops are usually loud because of the machines running all day long. It isn't a clean or quiet corporate office. There are stacks of boxes and samples on every table. We spend our days getting the prints right and fixing the machines when they get stuck. Charni Road is a very tight area with narrow streets, so getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We have been doing this for many years and we just know the process by heart. We don't have a sales team or any big marketing plans. People just bring their work to us because they know where we are located. It’s a lot of manual labor and staying on our feet, but we like the craft of it. We just keep the presses going and handle the orders as they come.
