Saibaba Machine Tools

We are tucked away in the T.T.C. Industrial Area in Nerul East. Our plot is D-182/1, and we are right behind the old London Pilsner building in Shiravane. If you are familiar with the M.I.D.C. area, you know it is a lot of warehouses and workshops. We deal with machine tools, which basically means we sell the machines that other people use to make things. Our warehouse is full of heavy equipment. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always a bit of oil or metal shavings around. We spend a lot of our time explaining how the machines work or helping someone load a heavy piece of equipment onto a truck. It is physical work and the Mumbai humidity does not make it any easier. Most of us here have a background in mechanics. We are not salesmen in suits. We wear work clothes and get our hands greasy. The area around Nerul has changed a lot, but this industrial patch stays pretty much the same. It is noisy, busy, and full of people making things. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the rain leaks through the roof, but we just deal with it. We do not have a big marketing budget. Most of our customers come from word of mouth or they just know we have been here for a long time. It is just how we run things every day.
