Sai Shradhha General Hospital

Our hospital is tucked inside Matoshri Sankul in the Ambad Goan area of Nashik. We took over flats one through four to make enough space for the beds and the small reception area we have. It’s a bit of a strange layout because of the way the building is built, but we’ve made it work for the patients who come in. Most people from around Ambad know where we are. It’s not a huge city hospital with glass walls, just a local place where we treat fevers, stomach issues, and the usual things that go wrong. The hallway is a bit narrow when we’re moving equipment around, but we manage. My brother helps with the night shifts sometimes because it can get busy after dark. We have a small pharmacy counter near the entrance so people don’t have to go far for their medicine. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of Nashik, but we have a backup system to keep the lights on for the patients. It gets dusty outside because of the road work nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. The staff lives close by, so we’re usually here even on holidays. It’s just a regular hospital doing the daily work. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything, just clean scrubs. It feels like a part of the neighborhood after all these years here in the flats. We just do our best every day.
