Sai Shakti Engineering Works

This shop is Factory No. 24, located in the Devrukhkar Estate on 11th Road in the MIDC area of Marol, Andheri East. It is a typical industrial setup where the air always smells like machine oil and cold steel. We spend our days at Sai Shakti Engineering Works handling various jobs that come our way. The factory floor is busy and sometimes feels a bit chaotic with all the tools and parts lying around. Being in Marol means there is a lot of competition and everyone is always in a hurry. We have some heavy equipment that takes up most of the space, so we have to move carefully so we don’t trip over cords or scrap metal. Our team is small, just a few guys who have been doing this for years and know the sounds the machines make when they are working right. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a place for people to sit comfortably. Usually, visitors just stand by the door or come into the work area if it isn’t too loud. The 11th Road gets really muddy when it rains, and sometimes it's hard to get deliveries in or out of Devrukhkar Estate. We just focus on the work at hand and try to get things out the door on time. It is a lot of standing and a lot of manual labor, but that is what we know how to do. We just get on with it.
