Our shop is at Shop No 1, Wing A on the ground floor. We are in Malad West, Sector 25, in the Kanchpada area. We are right across from Indiana Bakery, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The bakery smells great in the mornings when they are baking fresh stuff. Our place is usually a bit chaotic. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the smell of ink is pretty strong. We’ve been in Malad for quite some time now. The street outside is always crowded with people walking to the station or heading to the local markets. It’s a lively neighborhood. We have a few old machines that we use every day. They make a lot of noise, but they are reliable. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to run the equipment. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. People just come in with their orders, and we tell them when they can pick them up. Sometimes we are running behind if a machine acts up, but we always get the work done eventually. It’s a small local business and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. We know our customers by name and they know us. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. The shop is small but it’s ours.
