Sai Prasad Hotel

We are located in Bandra West, specifically in the Barve Nagar area. It’s a local spot where people come in for a quick meal or a cup of tea. The hotel isn’t like the big fancy ones you see near the coast; it’s a small, practical place for the neighborhood. We open up pretty early because there are always people heading to work who want something to eat first. The tables are simple and we keep the menus short so people can decide quickly. We spend a lot of time wiping down the surfaces and making sure the water jugs are full. Barve Nagar has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. You can hear the traffic and the people talking outside all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during lunch and people have to wait a few minutes for a seat, but they usually don't mind. We have a few staff members who have been here for years, and they know how the regulars like their food. The kitchen is right at the back and it’s always busy with the sound of pans and the smell of the stove. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the basic stuff that a local hotel needs. It’s about getting the food served and making sure everyone who comes in leaves with a full stomach. At night, we lock up and get everything ready for the next morning.
