We operate Sai Cargo Courier Services from Khosla House. It’s in Shivaji Colony, over in Andheri East. This part of town is always moving, and so are we. We handle a lot of packages every single day. Some are big, some are just small envelopes. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just lots of boxes stacked up and people checking labels. We spend most of our time making sure things get loaded onto the trucks correctly. It can get pretty chaotic when a big shipment arrives, but we have a system that works for us. Living and working in Andheri East means you get used to the noise and the pace of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for the folks around Shivaji Colony. Sometimes a parcel gets delayed because of rain or traffic, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don't like it when that happens, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. Our staff knows most of the regular people who come in to drop off their stuff. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a shiny website or anything, just our physical location where we do the work. We keep our heads down and keep the cargo moving as fast as we can every day.
