Sahara Pet Industries/Mahalaxmi Engineering

Sahara Pet Industries and Mahalaxmi Engineering are located together in the Ruby International Estate. We are at Unit No 12 in the Navghar area of Vasai East. It is a bit of a double operation here, handling both PET industry needs and general engineering work. This means our space is packed with different types of molds and tools. Vasai East is a massive hub for small businesses like ours. Navghar is always crowded with people and goods being moved around. Our unit is just one of many in the estate, but we have made it our own over the years. The floor is usually a bit of a mess during the middle of the day when we are deep into a job. We don't spend money on fancy signs or office furniture. We prefer to put that into keeping our equipment in good shape. The hum of the motors is the main sound you hear when you walk in. It is a family-type atmosphere among the workers. We eat lunch together and complain about the commute or the weather. Engineering is a tough way to make a living, but it is what we know. We handle the PET bottles and the metal parts with the same level of attention. It is just basic, honest work done in a small corner of Palghar.
