Sagun AC Hall

So, Sagun AC Hall is tucked away in Plot No 14 in the Kandivali East GIDC Estate. It’s an interesting spot because you’ve got all the industrial stuff nearby, but then Lokhandwala Township and Anita Vihar are just right there behind us. Being in Mumbai, the air conditioning is the most important thing we have to manage. If the AC isn't running right, nobody is happy, so we spend a lot of time checking the units. The hall gets used for all sorts of things, from small gatherings to local meetings. Akurli Road can be a bit of a mess with traffic during peak hours, so we tell people to plan for that. We aren't trying to be the fanciest hall in the city, we just provide a solid space that stays cool. I usually start the day by walking through the hall to make sure everything is clean from the night before. There is always something that needs fixing, like a lightbulb or a door hinge. That's just how it goes when you have a lot of people coming through. We don't really use fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local business in the estate. Most of our regulars live in the township and just walk over. It's a very community-focused kind of place, really. We just keep our heads down and keep the place running every day.
