Sagarmal Kumawat

Room 404 in the Laxmi Nivas Building is where you'll find the office of Sagarmal Kumawat. If you know Borivali, you know how crowded it can get, especially around this part of Mumbai. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for the work we do. Usually, it’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks and talking to visitors. There isn’t any fancy decor or anything, just desks, chairs, and a lot of files stacked up. The building itself is an older one, so it has that classic Mumbai character. We spend most of our time dealing with people and trying to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes the rain makes getting to the office a challenge, but that's just how life is in the city. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate firm with a lot of layers. We just prefer doing our work and going home. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve heard about us from someone else they trust. We don’t really do any advertising. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for the sounds of the street and the trains nearby. We handle the paperwork and the coordination stuff without making a big deal out of it. Borivali is a busy place, and being here keeps us in the middle of everything. It’s a practical setup for us, and we’re happy with how things are running. We just take it one day at a time here.
