Sagar Suhagan

Sagar Suhagan is located in Nemani Chawl, down the 1st Gaothan Lane in Santacruz West. We are situated right opposite the shopping centre at Banderkarwari, near the Bhwani Chock area. This is a very old part of Santacruz, and the lanes are quite narrow and winding. Our shop is part of the chawl, so it has that traditional feel you don't see much of in the newer parts of the city. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic from people going to the shopping centre or the local markets. Inside our space, things are a bit cramped because we have so much stuff packed in. We use every shelf and corner we can find. The walls are painted a plain color, and we have some basic tube lights. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we usually sit near the door to get some air from the lane. Being near Bhwani Chock means there is always something happening outside, whether it is a festival or just the daily rush. We have been here for years, and we know most of the other people who run shops in Nemani Chawl. It is a community where everyone knows everyone else. We don't have any corporate polish; we just open our doors and do our daily business in the lane we have called home for a long time.
