I have been living and working here in Malad East for a long time now. My setup is at Plot No 221 in Sector-10, specifically in room 102. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just where I handle my daily business and meet with people when I need to. I have always preferred staying local because I know the streets and the people around here quite well. Malad is a huge area, but Sector-10 has its own little community feel to it. I started this because I wanted to be independent and do things my own way without all the fuss of a big company. Usually, I am the one answering the phone and dealing with whatever comes up. I do not really believe in using all that professional jargon that you see in brochures. I just speak plainly and get the job done. It is a quiet enough spot, though Mumbai is never truly quiet, is it? I have seen many people come and go from this building over the years. Some of my neighbors have been here as long as I have. My work keeps me busy, but I always have time for a quick chat if someone drops by. It is a simple life and a simple business, and that is exactly how I like it. Most of my clients find me through friends or family who live nearby. It is just about being reliable and being here when people need me. I have been in this plot for years.
