S T 2 Pvt Ltd is located in Parda House, which is part of the Roop Sagar Society at 220/230 Marine Drive. We are up on the fourth floor. Even though we are on Marine Drive, we don't spend much time looking at the ocean because we are usually buried in work. Parda House is one of those classic buildings with high ceilings and thick walls. You can feel the sea breeze sometimes if the windows are open, but mostly we keep them shut to block out the noise of the cars on the main road. The lift in the building is quite old and can be a bit temperamental, so some of us just take the stairs to the fourth floor for the exercise. Our office inside Roop Sagar Society is functional. We have a few big tables and some cupboards for our records. It’s not a shiny corporate space; it feels more like a lived-in home that was turned into a workspace. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so there’s a lot of old stories being told during the quiet moments. We just handle our business day by day, making sure the numbers add up and the files are in the right place.
