S. P. Engineering

Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Asgar Manzil, which is on Pavwala Lane in Grant Road East. S. P. Engineering has been at Office No. 3 A for quite some time now. This part of Mumbai is old and very crowded. Pavwala Lane is narrow, and there are always people moving carts or carrying goods. Inside the building, it feels a bit like stepping back in time. The stairs are worn, and the hallways are narrow. Our office is a busy place filled with technical manuals, tools, and metal components. We don't have much room for extras, so every shelf is packed. It’s noisy outside, but we’ve grown used to the sound of the city. We do a lot of precise work, so even with the chaos outside, we have to stay focused on the details. Usually, there’s a radio playing somewhere in the background. We don't have a corporate dress code. Most of us wear clothes that don't mind a bit of grease or dust. Grant Road is a hub for engineering spares and parts, so being here makes sense for us. It’s easy to find what we need just by walking down the street. We’ve seen many shops come and go, but we’re still here in Asgar Manzil, doing the same practical work we’ve always done. It’s a tough, busy place, but it’s home for the business.
