S M Wairkar

You can find us at S M Wairkar over in Sion. Our office is number 15 A on the first floor of the Subhash Chandra Bose Co Operative Housing Society. It’s right on the Bandra Link Road, and if you can’t find the building, just look for the Kerala Restaurant—we are right above it. Honestly, the smell of the food from downstairs makes us hungry all day long. It is a busy area with cars always zooming by on the link road, but inside it’s just a normal office environment. We’ve been set up here for a while, handling our daily tasks and meeting people who drop by. It’s not a big corporate space, just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We like being in this part of the city because it’s easy for folks to reach us from both Sion and Bandra side. The building is one of those older co-operative societies where everyone knows everyone. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying supplies up, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent at our desks, getting through the paperwork and answering the phone. It’s just a regular local business life. No bells or whistles, just doing what we do every day. We usually grab lunch from the place downstairs on Fridays as a treat.
