S M Lokhande

Our place, S M Lokhande, is located over in Vaibhav Nagar. Specifically, we are on Waman Tukaram Pa in the Chembur 4 Bungalows area. It is a decent neighborhood where most people know each other's business. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while and have seen the surroundings change quite a bit over the years. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks. We have a couple of old chairs for visitors and a desk that’s always covered in notes. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. We don't go in for fancy decorations or marketing slogans. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to be handled, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat for a minute while they’re out for a walk. It has that local feel where you aren't just a number. We handle our business quietly and without much fuss. If you are looking for us, look for the small board near the entrance of the building. It’s a bit faded now but still readable. We like the pace of life here in Chembur. It’s busy but feels like home. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work we have for the day and then going back to our families.
