S. K. Chemical Industries

Our business, S. K. Chemical Industries, is located at room 111 in Corporate Avenue on Sonwala Road. Being in Goregaon East means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Corporate Avenue is a decent building, though it gets quite busy during the start and end of the day. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite some time now. It’s mostly where we handle the administrative side and the sales coordination for the chemicals. It isn't a factory floor, but it’s where all the decisions get made. The office is pretty basic—desks, computers, and files everywhere. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the business. Sonwala Road can be a bit of a crawl with traffic, but that's just life in Mumbai. We try to stay organized, but sometimes when a lot of orders come in at once, things get a bit hectic. We're just a group of people working hard to make sure our customers get what they need. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up at 111 Corporate Avenue and do our jobs. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of the same three or four people every time. We like keeping it personal and simple like that.
