S K Auto Cares has been running out of Shop No 4 for some time now. We are located in the Veena Dalwai Industrial estate over in Jogeshwari West. It’s right on Jangali Maharaj Road, which most people know because it’s near Ajit Glass. Finding us isn't too hard if you look for the industrial signs. The shop is usually busy with cars and parts lying around. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the work going on, but that’s just how it is in an industrial area like this. I’ve been working here long enough that I know every bump in the road leading up to the shop. Jogeshwari is a crowded place, so getting in and out can take a minute depending on the time of day. We just focus on the work in front of us. The space isn't huge but we make it work. Most of the regulars know us by name and just drop their vehicles off. There’s a lot of grease and tools everywhere, so don’t expect a shiny showroom. It’s a practical workspace. We spend most of our hours here from morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if a job isn't finished. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We like being near the glass shop because it’s a good landmark for people who get lost. The road outside is always full of trucks.
